Realized partnership between two religious congregations with a shared 200 years of history to create a strengthened future for the community and its now 600+ members. Attained buy-in from multiple stakeholders, facilitated sale of 30K+ square foot facility and directed $1M to charity as a part of the partnership.
Membership Organization
Completed a new-venture feasibility study for international membership organization. Launched in 2020, the resulting program is now serving affiliates worldwide.
Youth Services Provider
Transformed the goals of a youth services organization into a 5-year action plan to double the number of children served. Analyzed long-term financial impact and sustainability of multiple growth scenarios to inform expansion decisions. Implementation is currently underway.
